Classic Riesling from local winemaker Billy Button – lime juice and citrus aromatics with a tight crisp palate – refreshing!

The winemaker behind Billy Button Wines is Jo Marsh, and she loves the local yellow Billy Button flowers for their cheerful disposition (their spherical globes of gold bring a smile to her face), but also because this blanket of yellow that forms during summertime has become an iconic symbol of the Alpine Valleys region.
